Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

During holidays, sales, product launches, or peak hunting and fishing seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (when offered)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup

We offer FREE local pickup at our Turkey Fork Outfitters storefront.

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 24 hours for in-stock items.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Some products may be subject to state or federal shipping restrictions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Turkey Fork Outfitters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us—we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Turkey Fork Outfitters is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do everything we can to update your order before it ships.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
